You only need to choose the monthly card volume that suits your needs. The displayed price includes everything:
- a state of the art, mobile EC-Terminal, the PAX A920, with charging dock
- all transaction and card fees up to the selected volume (including credit cards)
- an integrated 4G multi-SIM, automatically connecting you the strongest network, anywhere in Europe
- cash pooling, with one payout per day or upon request per week (saving your bank fees)
- reliable service, including free advance exchange
You can easily change your chosen monthly volume. If you have higher than expected sales by card, simply swap for a higher inclusive volume plan before the end of the calendar month. Or, if you’re expecting lower sales by card next month, swap for a lower inclusive volume anytime before the start of the month. Card takings in excess of your inclusive volume will be charged a fee of 1.99%.
Contracts have a minimum contract term of 36 months. But you order without risk: if you close your business before the term of the contract, return your EC-Terminal(s) to us with proof of closure, and we will cancel your contract immediately upon receipt.
You can order additional EC-Terminals when placing your first order or at any time in the future for €19.99 a month.

No, you don’t have to buy the EC-Terminal. The rental and any repairs are automatically included in your Flat Rate. There are no further costs for you.

Yes, you can change to a tariff with a higher inclusive volume at any time.
You can switch to a tariff with a lower inclusive volume up to two working days before the end of a calendar month for the following calendar month.
Yes, of course! All our flat rates come with one mobile, Android-based PAX A920 EC-Terminal. To order a second or more PAX A920 EC-Terminals, just click “(+) Add EC-Terminal” on the order page, for €19.99 each.
You can also order additional EC-Terminals at any time by contacting our service team.
You will receive the EC-Terminal within a few days and can immediately begin accepting all major cards (MasterCard and Visa).
We payout your sales by card to you, in full, usually the next banking day, on the same day we receive the money from the banks.
Our contracts have a minimum term of 36 months and notice period of 3 months.
With us, you take no risk: If you give up your business before the contract expires, simply send us back your EC-Terminal with a corresponding document. Your contract ends as soon as we have received both - we will of course refund any fee credit to you.
You can also terminate the contract prematurely at any time by paying a fee of €199.00 per EC-Terminal. We charge a flat rate of €399.00 for devices not returned or lost within 14 days of the end of the contract.
All of our servers where we process or store customer data are located in Germany, without exception.
Our partners First Data Deutschland, MasterCard, Merit, Numeri and Visa, which also may process your data, exclusively use data centres in Germany and other EU countries, unless processing for cards issued outside the EU.
Of course, we and all of our partners comply with the statutory data protection provisions, including that only authorized persons have access to personal data and your data is deleted as soon as it is no longer needed.

Our EC-Terminal has the required certifications of EMV Levels 1 and 2 and PCI-PTS 5.x.
On top, our terminal is PCI-P2PE certified. P2PE stands for Point-to-Point Encryption and means that all sensitive card data is transmitted only in encrypted form and can never fall into the wrong hands.
Many customers want a receipt. A built-in, high-speed printer (40 lines per second) lets you deliver this quickly, slowing neither you nor your customer.
