The terminal accepts payment by card, both chip and PIN and contactless, as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay and Samsung Pay.
The terminal arrives ready to accept all major cards: EC-card (girocard), MasterCard and Visa. All costs are already included in your flat rate up to the agreed inclusive volume.
For your security, we use only guaranteed payment methods. Those annoying debit return notes, which occur time and again ELV, cannot happen with us!
You can accept payments anywhere in Europe – connect to Wifi (same as your smartphone) or use the built-in SIM card anywhere there is mobile service.
Your terminal works at your checkout, anywhere in your shop, or even on the move. By the way, our 4G multi-SIM card automatically connects you to the strongest network, for the best possible coverage in DE and anywhere in Europe!
You will receive the EC-Terminal within a few days and can immediately begin accepting all major cards (MasterCard and Visa).

Which documents we require depends on your legal form. In any case, we ask you to provide photos or scans of your identity card or a comparable official document.
For tradespeople, we also need the business registration, for health professionals the health professional licence. If you are registered in the commercial register, please only give us the company name and place of registration - we will then retrieve the data ourselves.
If you opt for daily payout, you will receive your money as soon as we have received and processed the corresponding credit notes from the banks, usually on the bank working day following the transaction. We bundle all card transactions - whether girocard (‘EC-Karte’), debit or credit card - into one payout. With us, you never pay more than one transaction fee per day to your bank.
Do you prefer weekly or monthly payments? With pleasure! Simply inform our friendly service team by phone or e-mail and we will change the payout frequency for you. Weekly payments are made on the first bank working day of the week, monthly transfers on the first bank working day of the month.
No, you don’t have to buy the EC-Terminal. The rental and any repairs are automatically included in your monthly fee. There are no further costs for you.
As you receive a new EC-Terminal from us, our contracts have a minimum contract term of 36 months, as with other providers. At the end of the minimum contract term, the notice period is 3 months.
With us, you take no risk: If you give up your business before the contract expires, simply send us back your EC-Terminal with a corresponding document. Your contract ends as soon as we have received both - we will of course refund any fee credit to you.
You can also terminate the contract prematurely at any time by paying a fee of €199.00 per EC-Terminal. We charge a flat rate of €399.00 for devices not returned or lost within 14 days of the end of the contract.
All of our servers where we process or store customer data are located in Germany, without exception.
Our partners First Data Deutschland, MasterCard, Merit, Numeri and Visa, which also may process your data, exclusively use data centres in Germany and other EU countries, unless processing for cards issued outside the EU.
Of course, we and all of our partners comply with the statutory data protection provisions, including that only authorized persons have access to personal data and your data is deleted as soon as it is no longer needed.

Our EC-Terminal has the required certifications of EMV Levels 1 and 2 and PCI-DSS 5.x
On top, our terminal is PCI-P2PE certified.
P2PE stands for Point-to-Point Encryption and means that all sensitive card data is strictly transmitted in encrypted form and can never fall into the wrong hands.
Because this certification involves a certain amount of effort and cost, most providers in Germany skip this very important customer data protection measure!
In order to be able to offer our extraordinarily favourable conditions, we must keep the risks as low as possible for all parties involved. For this reason, we can only process payments where the card (or the phone or watch in which the card is securely stored) is available on site.
There is therefore no provision for manually entering the card number at our EC-Terminals.
Yes, our EC-Terminals can be connected directly to your POS system via the ZVT interface – both via WLAN and LAN cable. We will be happy to help you with the setup!
Many customers want a receipt. A built-in, high-speed printer (40 lines per second) lets you deliver this quickly, slowing neither you nor your customer.
In general, the price model you chose when you signed the contract applies to you.
